Membership in the Family History Society of Newfoundland and Labrador is open to all individuals, groups, or institutions regardless of their location.
Membership in FHSNL commences when membership dues are paid. Members will receive a copy of the society’s quarterly journal The Newfoundland Ancestor only for those issues published while their membership is in good standing. Members who are interested in back issues can either purchase them from the society, or download them as PDF files from our website.
Membership dues are $42 for one year, while Lifetime Membership is available for $700. Members outside of Canada are asked to pay in US funds (i.e., either $42 US or $700 US).
You can pay online via PayPal and immediately become a member. If you have not already registered on our website, then please first register for website access and then login. You will be presented with an option to pay for membership when you login.
Alternatively, you can mail a cheque to us along with a completed Membership Application Form.
