    I am looking for information on Alexander Fawcett . Birth about 1850 North River , Port de Graves.He was married to Johanna Fitzgerald (1844-1917) and had two children Abel (1878-1953) and Anna (1883-1915). He is listed in McAlpine’s directory 1894, 1898 and 1904 as a fisherman. I am unable to find birth , marriage and death records of Alexander. Any information would be helpful.

    I have a Thomas Fawcett born around 1860, also North River he married Mary Connors. I don’t have parent’s for Thomas. I will put Alexander in with my notes and keep you posted.

    Note: I’ve seen the name spelled several ways including Fossett.
