    born: Mar 25, 1884 at Shambler’s Cove
died: Mar 4 or 5 1938, Lake Athapapuskow, near Cranberry Portage, MB
buried: Lakeside Cemetery, The Pas, MB

Parents: Robert Bragg and Harriet Granter
Siblings: Daniel, John Charles, Mary, Jacob William, Caroline, James Saunders, Abraham, Louisa, Henrietta.

Known by family as “Jim.” Member of Royal Newfoundland Regiment (#2863) 1916-1919. Brother Daniel listed as next of kin in his military records.

According to family lore, he went to Labrador to work as a trapper or in some other branch of the fur trade after returning from WWI. Wondering if there is a descendant of the Bragg family who has info regarding how he ended up in MB and if there are service medals or other possessions that were passed down through the family.

Robert was my g-g uncle through his sister Henrietta.

    Thanks,
    Wanda Robertson
