ParticipantHi, looking for info on people from Southside Road, log onto facebook, there is a site called Southsiders, you should be able to get some answers there. I can remember seeing the name Power, and there might even be pictures. There are also Power’s from Shea Heights just above Southside Road. Good Luck Debbie

ParticipantHi, I have a Martin Bolger born 1857 in Flatrock in my tree, he married a Mary Brennan living on Torbay Road but originally from Kilbride. He was living on Kings Bridge Road in St. John’s died in 1909. I am also of the Murphy’s of Kilbride, do you know where your Anne Murphy is from?
Looking at your other names, there were Coady’s from Torbay also. Not sure if you are familiar with the area but Flatrock and Torbay are neighbours. DebbieDebbie Mullins

I am also of the Stockmans of Petty Hr. Anne’s sister Elizabeth. You can email me debmullins@nl.rogers.com I have a little on that family my Elizabeth was born around 1807. Debbie

ParticipantHi, I am of the McCormack’s of St.John’s, in my research I have seen your ancestors leaving Newfoundland for Boston, I didn’t copy any of it because I knew they wouldn’t have been my family. I will start to make note of the other McCormacks/McCormicks I run across for you. Good luck in your search. Debbie
