Hello, I’m researching the paternal Bishop line of my family in the Port de Grave area. So far I know:
– Baxter’s father is Nathaniel (1897/98-1977)
– Nathaniel’s father is Henry (1860-1935)
– Henry’s father is Nathan/Nathaniel (?-possibly 1881) married Sarah Lear in 1835
– Nathan/Nathaniel’s father MIGHT be Joseph (~1770-?) married ?
– Joseph’s father is John (1744-?) born in England died in Hibb’s Hole

I am trying to find out:
– confirm the Joseph/Nathan connection
– figure out where Henry is buried (says port de grave but can’t find him)
– figure out where Nathan is buried
– learn more about Nathan/Sarah and any of the earlier ancestors
