Edward Bulger is my great grandfather. He married Ann Murphy in 1860. His father was Nicholas Bulger.

I have found an Edward Bulger born Nov 12, 1835 whose parents were Nicholas Bulger and Catherine Laricy. Couldn’t find their marriage.
I have also found a Nicholas Bulger who married Catherine Delaney at Trinity Bay on April 16, 1833. They had 5 or 6 children; no Edward that I could find.

The only birth I could find for a Nicholas Bulger in this time frame is Nicholas, the son of Thomas Bulger and Mary Coady, who was born on Aug 15, 1812 in St. John’s.

How can I find out if my Nicholas Bulger is descended from Thomas Bulger and Mary Coady? If not, where else can I look?
