    Hello,

    I am looking for help in locating the birth and marriage of a Mary Jane, I know she was born in Newfoundland about 1859 and in 1878 Married John Foot (Born about 1856), a Daughter Martha Foot was born in about 1881. They are on the UK 1881 census as visiting Richard and Catherine Penny in Sturminster Dorset. Martha age is 0.

    Jolene, can you tell me the location of the Foote Family you refer to.
    Foote’s are prominent across the Province of NL. I am in the Burin Area.
    All the names you mentioned are familiar and common names for Foote’s
