Have been searching for a long time for a birth record for
Melvina Jane Pike.
Possible (probable) birth date: 28 August, 1872.
somewhere in the C. bay area, possibly Harbour Grace????
Father: John Charles Pike, mother: Margaret Ann Rolphe,
Siblings: Jesse, Eunice, James Walter, Arrementa, Ebenezer.
Strange that all of these are recorded in the Parish records, but Melvina, (my maternal G-mother) no trace.
