Hello,

Im looking for information on Simon Daughter Anne and her husband John Westcott. I know they moved with their young children to New Jersey in the mid 1840s In US censors he says he is a carpenter. I really would like to know if John had siblings in newfoundland. On Johns wedding it states he is a watch maker. Also I have information that a W Westcott became partners with Simon Soloman watch making business in 1838 . Johns son William was too young at the time.
So who is W Westcott? There is a William Westcott that married a Joanne Griffith. On their daughters Baptism (1840) says he is a watchmaker . But I can not find information on if they are related to John
