The William I believe is my 2nd great grandfather says died April 26th 1926 in Shearstkwn Newfoundland. My great grandfather Edward James Snow was born in Newfoundland and died in Scituate Ma in 1964. It’s tricky because I think there was a bunch of marriages for one or two of them. I believe Williams wife’s name was Priscilla at the time of Edward’s birth.
Ive been trying to work backwards to find some family history out. Im Edward Snow 4th born in Massachusetts, my father also (obviously) Edward born in 1943 in Mass and his father born in 1923 born in MA. The first i can find a trace to Newfoundland is Edward Snow born in Feb 24 1897(Newfoundland) and died in Mass in 1964. Then HIS father is William Snow born ( i THINK) 1864 and died 1926 in Newfoundland. but im stuck i cant find his parents who i was told is Edward as well. My father ( could be wrong) always said i would have been the 9th but there was a William in the line. he could be wrong but i would love to just start tracing back further and further!!!
